Many Yogis are fascinated by Arm Balances and Inversions. They can also get very frustrated by them. In this 2.5 hour workshop, we’ll break things down and give you the fundamental techniques you’ll need to go upside down. The focus will be on a few key postures and the precise skills you’ll need to master them. From there, who knows where you’ll fly? Come with an open mind, a spirit of adventure and a willingness to try, try, try!
This will be a warm but not hot workshop. All abilities welcome but be prepared to challenge yourself and fly!
