Targeted trigger point work and specific forms of stretching can improve range of motion, increase flexibility (and help prevent injury), get rid of general aches and pains, improve posture, increase blood flow and oxygen to the muscles, improve digestion, and help you relax. There will be a mixture of working with partners as well as the blocks and straps. This will be done in a small class of 12 to maximise the opportunity for working together and being able to focus on each individual.
