This Yoga workshop for beginners as well as more advanced yogis will take you through some important of the key postures and transitions slowly and methodically, giving you time to absorb the details of the alignment and leave you feeling confident and safe in your next class!
Even if you have been practicing for a while, a recap of the alignment can be very beneficial for keeping you safe in faster-paced classes. We will talk about different styles of yoga as well as the poses themselves, and the key elements required for building strength and stability in your practice. This will be a very active workshop with time for questions throughout.

This mainly practical workshop is gently warmed (around 30 degrees).
