Handstands take some doing, but with the right technique it’s more achievable than you think.
This 2.5 hour workshop is devoted exclusively to handstands. You’ll be taken through strengthening drills, how to align your body safely, and you’ll be given heaps of useful tips and assistance. Best of all, you’ll get to try lots of things out in a safe, patient and fun space.
The workshop is open to everyone. Even if you don’t master a one-handed freestanding handstand (!!), what you learn will be of great benefit to your Yoga practice in general.
