Are you a runner? cyclist? footballer? tennis player? Or do you take part in any other high impact exercise? If so you need hot yoga. Why? Because it’s the quickest and most effective way to help your muscles recover after an intense workout. You can effect immediate changes in lactic acid build up, blood flow and of course muscle tightness and fatigue. This class not only helps you recover but also works on building core strength, stamina and mental focus.

Make it part of your weekly routine and see where it takes your performance and of course PB’s. All ages and abilities welcome. But be prepared to work hard, sweat lots and come out feeling great.
