Through this interactive workshop you will learn how to use self-hypnosis to influence yourself in positive ways.

Together we will explore the principles of self-hypnosis through exercises and demonstrations, discover the best way to pay attention to create effective and transformative self-hypnosis experiences, and learn a versatile self-hypnosis technique that you can use for a variety of things such as:
– Increasing confidence and resilience
– Changing / evolving negative feelings
– Dealing with difficult situations or people
– Accessing positive inner resources
– Stopping / changing habits
– Relaxing more
– Understanding yourself and your mind better

Additionally, all course participants will receive a guided audio recording of the “Going Beyond” self-hypnosis technique taught during the workshop to further enhance your use of it at home.

Alastair Hill works as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, has been exploring hypnosis and personal change for the last 10+ years, and enjoys delivering fun and engaging educational workshops as well as seeing clients in his private practice in Abbots Langley.

Please note that this is an educational workshop: The aim is to provide you with tools for influencing yourself and is not a substitute for seeing a therapist about a psychological issue that you might want to change.
