In this 2 hour workshop we will be exploring some key aspects of mindfulness through exercises and meditations. It’s a great way to introduce yourself to mindfulness, get to know new techniques to switch off from autopilot and into the present moment, and help to reduce stress, anxiety and get the most out of life.
This class is perfect for beginners, people wishing to get a taste of what Mindfulness is about and for those experienced and wishing to expand their current practice.
Just like clouds, Mindfulness encourages you to see your thoughts come and go, observing, without judgement. Your mind, like the sky. Your thoughts, like the clouds.
