Simon Shepard is a co-founder of Living Life Better and over the past decade he has been talking to people and organisations about Key Human Performance Indicators and how they are so often the catalyst for sustained success. He started his career at Lord’s cricket ground in 1991 and has over 25 years experience as Head of Health & Performance for Middlesex CCC and MCC.
This talk will look at what is good quality sleep and provide you with tips and techniques that will enable you to move from something that may provide rest but often can fail to recharge body and mind.
Simon will be working with people in the room to share their data (always with their consent!) to help bring this subject to life.
