Teen Yoga

Growing up in 2016 can be tough. School pressure, exam stress, and even parental expectation can have a profound affect on a young persons ability to cope with the world around them. Yoga can help. Scientifically proven to help deal with many issues that 11-17 year olds encounter – relationships, new challenges to depression and even image dysmorphia. The classes are warm (not hot) fun and dynamic (even acrobatic in places). The principles of being good to yourself & being comfortable in your own skin are paramount to the sessions, as is learning how to relax and let go. Adults are welcome, but be prepared to have your teen or tween whip your asana in headstands… Boys welcome too! Please note class numbers for this session are limited. To be sure of your space, advanced booking is recommended.
