In this practical and down-to-earth workshop you will learn how to use your emotions to guide you through challenging times with very little stress.
Using tools from hypnosis, as well as stories and thought experiments, you will learn how to dehypnotise yourself and calm down from stressful experiences. You will also find out that most of us misunderstand our emotional lives and get the whole thing backwards, which causes us to be much more anxious, worried and stressed than we need to be.
The good news is that when you start to see how stress works, you will find life a lot less stressful.
You will walk away with some simple ways of snapping out of stressful states of mind, and we will also learn some of the simplest and most applicable ways to be down-to-earth and in the moment.
Alastair Hill works as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, has been exploring hypnosis and personal change for the last 10+ years, and enjoys delivering fun and engaging educational workshops.
