The yoga wheel is an incredibly versatile and fun prop. You can do almost anything on it. Stretch, roll, backbend, splits, handstand, forearm stand, strengthen your core, open your spine…you name it, the Wheel does it.
In this workshop, you can come and try it for yourself. Anita and Steve will guide you through an amazing range of postures and drills. And you’ll do things you never thought possible! Best of all though, you’ll have great fun on it.
No previous experience necessary.
Just bring a willingness to play!
