Yin yoga is a more contemplative style of yoga which works on allowing the flow of energy along the body’s meridians (energy channels). Yin compliments Yang a stronger cardio yoga style. Yin forms of yoga open the meridian channels, whilst yang yoga stimulates the flow of fluid/energy through them.
This workshop will consist of two hours of yin poses to take your practice deeper into joints and muscles and your awareness within, it will close with a beautiful guided meditation to heal the body and mind, improving sleep and lowering stress levels.
A true gift to yourself and your well being and a space to escape daily life and start to reconnect to your true self. This will be a gently warmed workshop.
